After IPplan installation, we need now to configure it.

Access IPplan:

http://localhost/ipplan

The first thing to do is to create a user to manage an IP architecture.

Admin -> Users -> Create a new User

User Creation

You will be prompted for the IPplan administrator credentials which are defined in the /var/www/ipplan/config.php file. The default login and password are "admin".
It is important to make the difference between the unique user created in the config.php file who is only used for the admin options and the users created in the ipplan interface who are used to manage the tool.

A new group to include the new user has to be created.

Admin -> Groups -> Create a new Group
Create your new group and insert your user into it.

Create a new Customer

Customers -> Create a New Customer/Autonomous System
You will prompted for the "IPplan authentification" credentials which are not the same as the "IPplan admin authentification" credantials, see screenshot prompt above.
So enter the login and password of the user you have just created.

Then create supernets.

Network -> Hierarchy -> Create a new Network Range/Supernet

Create Subnets inside supernets.

Network -> Subnets -> Create Subnet
